The artist admitted that she is not a natural singer and took lessons while at school.
She told the Official Top40 App: "Especially when I was in secondary school. I couldn't sing at all to be honest from year seven on to year nine.
"I got loads of singing lessons in and out of school and even after I got signed I had loads of singing lessons to perfect it."
The star - who is a fan of Korean pop music - also confessed that she would "love" to collaborate with 'Gangnam Style' rapper Psy, adding: "It's so much fun, isn't it? I always walk around doing the dance!"
A*M*E recently told Digital Spy that she calls her label boss Gary Barlow "Uncle G".
