The singer claimed that the record had no hit songs on it and feared it would end his music career.

He said: "With Reality Killed The Video Star... I had intentionally and unintentionally not managed to write a hit.
"It threw my confidence. I say you can't go into things half-arsed, and I didn't realise that. It's very important that you get absolutely every album right, otherwise it could literally be the end of your career."
Williams also explains the song 'S**t On The Radio' in the clip from his upcoming album Take The Crown, saying: "Ironically, I'm the s**t that's on the radio. I mean it in a good way! It seems like a pop nugget."
He also describes LP track 'Hunting For You' as one that "fills its boots", adding: "It's another '80s moment, which is what I seem to be re-creating. Me in the '80s."
Robbie Williams releases his new single 'Candy' on October 28. His album, Take The Crown, follows on November 5.
