The singer famously made friends with Liam and Noel Gallagher in the '90s, but later fell out with the siblings after the latter called him "that fat dancer from Take That".
Asked if he ever resolved the feud, Williams told Shortlist: "Not really, no. But we rented a place near Noel's and his wife sent us a nice bunch of flowers.
"I bet she went to a nice school to do a nice thing like that. It was surprising."
Williams also explained his love/hate relationship with Take That band member Gary Barlow and blamed their falling out on "young and daft stuff".
"I just really disliked him. I loved him and disliked him. I'm sure that in One Direction right now, there's going to be hatred between certain members for certain things, all young and daft stuff," he said.
"First time round I really loved him, needed his approval, and then for many reasons I really didn't like him and now I love him to bits."
Robbie Williams will release his new single 'Candy' in the UK on October 28, while new album Take The Crown follows on November 5.
