The singer is the most recent edition to the event, which sees several acts battling it out across four stages at Wembley Arena.
The gig, which takes place on November 7, includes headliners Diplo, Channel One Soundsystem, Annie Mac presents Magnetic Man and Boy Better Known.
"Red Bull events always go off, I'm so happy Major Lazer have asked me to be part of Culture Clash," Ora said.
"Four crews repping all types of bass music, it's going to be a great party."
Other support acts include Shy FX, Breakage, Dismantile and Stamina MC.
Ora's performance with Diplo marks her second with the DJ, after they played the Red Bull Music Academy at Notting Hill Carnival earlier this year.
Tickets for the Culture Clash, priced at £15, are available now from www.redbull.co.uk/cultureclash.
