The Beastie Boys are to make their only UK appearance this year at the Isle of Wight's Bestival.
The rappers will headline the festival on the Saturday night, while The Chemical Brothers lead the Friday line-up. Others due to appear include Billy Bragg, The Orb and reggae old-timer Gregory Isaacs. Its Sunday headliner has not yet been announced.
In a new charity initiative, fans will be allowed to swim to the festival, which runs September 7-9, across the Solent. Royal Navy lifeguards will provide support and money will be raised for good causes.
Radio 1 DJ Rob Da Bank, who is leading the event, commented: "As for the Sunday headliner, well you'll just have to wait - but it'll be worth it." He joked: "Yes, I do know who it is!"
