One Direction, Little Mix confirmed for Capital's Jingle Bell Ball

One Direction and Little Mix have been confirmed to play this year's Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball.

Capital took to Twitter this morning to reveal the first acts for this year's concerts. The Ball will take place over the weekend of December 8 and 9 at London's O2 Arena.

One Direction and Little Mix join Bruno Mars, JLS, The Script, Rizzle Kicks and Lawson at the event.

One Direction performed the Jingle Bell Ball last year alongside Rihanna.

More acts are expected to be announced ahead of tickets going on sale next week.

Capital tweeted: "More #CapitalJBB stars to come! Keep Your Eyes and Ears on the Ball ;)"

Tickets for the December 8 show go on sale on Monday (November 5) at 9am, while tickets for December 9 are available a week later on Monday, November 12.
