Irish court summons Eminem
Published Friday, Mar 9 2007, 09:21 GMT | By Dave West

The star pulled out of a performance at Slane Castle in 2005 and gig promoter MCD has been engaged in an argument with its insurers.
MCM claims it was covered for the late cancellation of the Anger Management concert, for which it had sold 80,000 tickets, but three London-based insurance companies disagree.
Judge Peter Kelly, who is overseeing the civil action by the promoter, said Eminem must testify as to his health at the time of the show.
He has issued a letter of request to the US District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan to be able to examine the star on oath.
