Mims single 'This Is Why I'm Hot' has remained at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 for a second week.
Akon also held his position on the US singles chart with 'Don't Matter' at second place.
Meanwhile, Avril Lavigne entered at number five with 'Girlfriend' and 'Glamorous', by Fergie, rose from 55 to eight.
