The 'Time After Time' singer will present the 'Home for the Holidays' charity concert on December 4 at New York City's Beacon Theatre.
Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O'Donnell, Andy Cohen and Alan Cumming will help Lauper host the special show, while Adam Lambert, Norah Jones, Amy Lee and Debbie Harry are among the musical acts on the bill.
All proceeds from 'Home for the Holidays' will benefit Lauper's True Colors Fund's efforts to help underprivileged members of the LGBT community.
Lauper promoted the event in a press statement: "At last year's sold out concert we got a bunch of great folks together, had a big party with some great music and raised much-needed funds to help get the word out about these young people who are struggling.
"So, this year we're going to do it even bigger!"
Lauper launched the True Colors Fund to promote equality and provide support for gays, lesbians and transgender people across the US.
