The group admitted that they listen to the trio - made up of Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams - before going out on stage for a concert.
Asked by Kiss FM who selects the music while they're on the road, Kimberley Walsh replied: "Depends on who's in the front, and what mood we're in."
Sarah Harding added: "Before we go on stage we sometimes put on some Destiny's Child," before Nicola Roberts sang: "Can you keep up, baby boy?!"
Discussing how it feels to be travelling around together as a group again, Roberts admitted that it "reminds [them] of when [they] first started," adding: "When we used to travel around and have our lives in the car, you'd open the boot and like the food would fall out or the clothes would fall out. It takes us back."
The full Kiss FM interview with the band airs tomorrow (November 13).
