The DJ has partnered with Clear Channel Media and Entertainment for the show on iHeartRadio's new electronic dance music station Evolution.
Evolution launched yesterday (November 12) with a five-day takeover by Tong, who anchors the station. An exclusive new All Gone Pete Tong show will air weekdays from 7pm to 9pm ET, beginning November 19.
Tong said: "I'm excited to be a part of Evolution. Electronic Dance Music [EDM] has seen a major rise in popularity in North America over the past few years so this is exactly the right time to be providing a new and ground-breaking music service.
"I've spent my whole career seeking out and championing the hottest new electronic artists and I'm inspired by the opportunity that iHeartRadio has given me."
He added: "Clear Channel is dedicated to giving a voice to a variety of music genres, and I'm sure Evolution will grow to become a major asset to electronic music.
"I look forward to working with iHeartRadio to provide a new platform for both the established and most exciting new artists and DJs."
Other dance stars joining Tong on the station, which is only accessible to US listeners, include Diplo, Fatboy Slim, Roger Sanchez and The Two Bears.
Tong will continue to broadcast to the UK on BBC Radio 1, where he recently marked 20 years at the station.
