Barat says he would work with Doherty again

Carl Barat has said in an interview that, despite their differences, he would be happy to work with his ex-bandmate Pete Doherty again.

The pair notoriously fell out in the latter days of the Libertines, but Barat intimated that they had reconciled their differences.

He told London's radio station XFM: "We're doing different things, but at some point I'd be happy to work with Pete. Our relationship hasn't really faded away."

Barat is currently recording with Dirty Pretty Things and Doherty is performing with his band Babyshambles.
