The star has teamed up with photographer Terry Richardson to create a visual for her latest cut 'Cake', which appeared online earlier this year.
The clip sees the star rolling around in cake in her underwear, while a second scene sees her shaking her bottom in a jacuzzi while topless.
The song initially sparked debate among fans who believed it to be fake due to its distorted rapping vocals.
It has not yet been confirmed if 'Cake' will feature on Lady GaGa's third studio album ARTPOP, which is due out in spring 2013.
GaGa recently unveiled her feature version of Kendrick Lamar's 'Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe' online.
