The comeback stars have recently renewed their listing with the UK Patent Office and, despite his refusing to join his old friends, Williams's name has again been added.
His name is listed in official Government records online, according to The Sun, meaning he is still associated with the Take That brand and its trademark.
The news is likely to fuel rumours that Williams will join his former band at some stage, while a spokesman for the Patent Office said the move was “unusual”.
However, a source told the paper the move was because of a deal in which the original members agreed to own the name and brand jointly.
A spokesman for Robbie insisted he is not earning any money from Take That at the moment.
