The singer received the accolades after the music videos for her 2011 singles 'Till the World Ends' and 'I Wanna Go' surpassed 100 million views.
Spears has recorded a retrospective of her favourite videos to celebrate the achievement and talks about the clips for her iconic debut 'Baby One More Time' and 'Oops!... I Did It Again'.
"I think I was 17 or 18 years old," she said of her first ever music video experience. "I do remember the feeling of everything being surreal. Making your first music video, there's nothing like it.
"It was my idea to do the whole schoolgirl outfit and doing the dance numbers throughout."
Spears also recounted the time when a camera fell on her face, while recording a scene for her 'Oops!... I Did It Again' visual.
"'Oops' was one of my favourite videos," she said. "The whole concept was us being on the planet Mars, so it's just a bit of an out-there concept, which I thought would be really appealing to people.
"The camera actually fell on top of my head and busted my head open. I was laying down on my back and it was above me and the camera just fell right on my face!"
She added: "It was a really bizarre experience, but I got right back up - I think I was in shock - and they put stitches in my head, and I was like, 'I'm ready to go!'"
