Dave Grohl, Eddie Vedder join Concert for Sandy Relief

Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl and Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder have been added to the line-up for The Concert for Sandy Relief.

The duo will appear with headliners Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Sir Paul McCartney and Kanye West on the December 12 concert in New York City.

Alicia Keys and The Who are also on the bill for the Madison Square Garden show, which will benefit the Robin Hood Foundation.

More acts are expected to be announced soon, with organizers hinting that The Rolling Stones might appear.

Tickets for the Concert for Sandy Relief go on sale on Monday, December 3 via Ticketmaster. Service fees will be waived.

Broadcast information for the Concert for Sandy Relief is expected to be announced in the coming days.

The show's organizer the Robin Hood Foundation previously raised millions in the aftermath of the 9/11 terror attacks with the Concert for New York City, which was headlined by McCartney, David Bowie and Sir Elton John.
