The singer told Harper's Bazaar that the group are her favourite British band.
"I would love to do a collaboration with them," Ora said.
"Coming from the UK feels like the coolest thing in the world right now."
Of supporting Coldplay on tour, she added: "Performing in front of 50,000 people was such a great confidence-booster.
"Me and Chris Martin are similar on-stage - we don't do the same thing twice. It made me feel like I could take over the world."
Asked about her musical influences growing up, Ora said: "Growing up I loved Beyoncé and Gwen Stefani because they were honest girls, but people always need a new role model relevant to them.
"I find it exciting that girls have really connected with me and my music and that I have the power to change someone's life in three minutes, to wake them up."
