Paul McCartney and the surviving members of Nirvana have debuted the studio version of their collaboration.
'Cut Me Some Slack' will feature on the soundtrack to Dave Grohl's documentary Sound City.
The track was first performed live at the Hurricane Sandy benefit gig at Madison Square Garden last week.
Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor, Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks, Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme and Slipknot and Stone Sour singer Corey Taylor are among the other artists confirmed to play with the band on the soundtrack.
Sound City is set around the California recording studios of the same name, where seminal albums including Fleetwood Mac's Rumours, Nirvana's Nevermind and Neil Young's After the Gold Rush were recorded.
The documentary film will debut at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival.
