"Ahh and there was me all getting ready to be Suga Spice, haha x," she tweeted at Emma Bunton and Mel C.

The four remaining members of the band have denied that they would ever replace Beckham in the lineup.

"None of the Spice Girls would ever or could ever be replaced, nonsense in the papers!!!" said Bunton on Twitter.

Beckham distanced herself from the other four members of the band during the recent launch of the musical Viva Forever! arriving separately and late to the event.
