Stone storms US chart with record debut

Her Introducing Joss Stone LP debuted at number two on the Billboard album chart with sales of 118,000.
Rock band Modest Mouse topped the chart with sales of 129,000.
Stone's previous two albums, 2003's The Soul Sessions and 2004's Mind, Body and Soul, peaked at numbers 38 and 11 respectively in the US.
Introducing Joss Stone has fared less well in the UK so far. It debuted at number 12 earlier this month before slipping to number 24 last week.
