The company will drive digital assets, fan engagement and launch the new Brit Awards 2013 YouTube channel as part of the project.
"2012 was an incredible year for British music and culture, and an incredible year too for LoveLive," said Richard Cohen, CEO, LoveLive.
"We are thrilled to be entering the New Year working on one of the most prestigious events in the music industry's calendar."
LoveLive will also create exclusive online video content for the ceremony, as well as providing an access-all-areas view of the event.
"We are thrilled the Brits have recognised our market leading digital and production expertise by entrusting us to deliver the Awards to fans, bringing them closer to the event than ever before," Cohen added.
A highlights package from tonight's (January 10) nominations announcement with Nick Grimshaw from The Savoy Hotel in London will mark the start of the campaign.
Additional red carpet footage featuring Paloma Faith as guest presenter will be uploaded to the Brits YouTube channel at 9am tomorrow morning (January 11).
The Brit Awards 2013 will be hosted by James Corden at London's O2 Arena on February 20.
