The band, led by singer-songwriter Dan Smith, will receive eight weeks of video promotion on the site, allowing their music to reach millions of potential new fans.
VEVO LIFT has previously championed the likes of Labrinth, Rita Ora, Conor Maynard and Lawson when they were up-and-coming artists.
Bastille will feature in live performances, behind-the-scenes videos and interviews on the site, ahead of the release of their debut album Bad Blood on March 4.
Smith said: "Any musician would jump at the chance to reach millions more fans in just a few weeks, that's why we are so excited to work with VEVO as the first LIFT artist of 2013.
"We plan to give fans a really exciting and entertaining experience during our time as VEVO LIFT artists."
Bastille, one of Digital Spy's Ones to Watch in 2013, have previously released tracks 'Overjoyed', 'Bad Blood' and 'Flaws'. Their latest single 'Pompeii' drops on February 24.
