The song has already been a success in the US, where it peaked at number six on the Billboard Hot 100.

"It was a great experience. We really connected," frontman Tyler Glenn said of the LP.

"[Producer] Justin [Meldal-Johnson] is from the same world, musically. I'd be talking about the feeling of a Teenage Fanclub song that came out in 1992 or a moment in a Pulp song and he'd know exactly what I meant."

The band previously scored a hit single in 2009 with 'Animal', which was covered in an episode of Glee.

They will play three shows in the UK on February 4, 5 and 7 in Manchester, Glasgow and London as well as supporting Maroon 5's upcoming jaunt.
