The Icelandic band will perform in the shadow of the Lovell Telescope at the Jodrell Bank Observatory in Cheshire on August 30.

Tickets for the event, which will also feature a yet-to-be-announced support act, go on sale on Friday (January 18) at 9am.
More artists lined up for this year's Live from Jodrell Bank series will be announced soon.
Sigur Rós will embark on a 15-date European tour this spring, including five dates in the UK.
They released their sixth studio album Valtari last May, reaching number eight on the UK album chart.
