The record was originally rumoured to be out before the end of last year after LA Reid, chairman of Lavigne's label Epic, said he wanted to release the album in 2012 or at the latest by "the top of the new year".
Reid also confirmed that Lavigne has worked with new fiancé Chad Kroeger, of Nickelback fame, on the album.

Judging by her 'Danger' EP, which was released at the tail end of 2012, Katy B's second album is shaping up rather nicely indeed.
