One Direction in kimonos for new music video rehearsals - watch

By
One Direction have been shooting their new music video during a visit to Japan.

The boyband will release a cover of Blondie's 'One Way or Another' as the official Comic Relief single in March and started filming parts of the accompanying video.

A clip from rehearsals sees the five-piece dressed in red kimonos performing the track on stage in front of thousands of Japanese fans.

The fans have been taught simple dance moves which they perform in unison during a part of the track.

One Direction have reportedly opted to enrol in quick language lessons after their trip to Japan in an effort to learn 20 words to make press commitments more smooth.

"The press conference in Japan got embarrassing because the boys' culture shock was so obvious," a supposed friend told The Sun.

"Over the weekend they vowed to learn at least 20 of the most common words in the languages of the countries they're visiting before they land there."
