The 'Superstition' singer is the headline act for an event sponsored by Bud Light on Saturday (February 2) near the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel in New Orleans.
Wonder will be joined at the concert by guitarist Gary Clark Jr, in addition to other special guests.
The Bud Light concert is being held on the same night that Justin Timberlake performs his first show in five years at the nearby 'DIRECTV Super Bowl Saturday Night' benefit.
Timberlake's charity gig - which will feature a DJ set with Questlove - will raise money for Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Super Bowl XLVII is to be held the next day (February 3) at the Superdome and will pit the San Francisco 49ers against the Baltimore Ravens.
Beyoncé will be the half-time headliner for the NFL championship game.
