The singer announced that she will return to touring "soon" when asked at her Super Bowl XLVII press conference yesterday (January 31).
"I may have an announcement after the [Super Bowl] performance - fans should just stay tuned to see," she said.
The tour will mark the star's first tour since her 'I Am... Tour' that took in dates in the UK in 2009.
Beyoncé used yesterday's press conference to try to silence critics of her lip-synched performance at President Obama's inauguration, performing a live version of 'The Star-Spangled Banner' in front of an audience of press.
She also addressed the rumours that she will perform with her Destiny's Child bandmates during Sunday's (February 3) set.
She refused to be drawn on whether the reunion will take place or not, but added that it had been a great experience reuniting on their new song 'Nuclear', taken from their new reflective album Love Songs.
She added: "It's great to be around them professionally and personally."
