Avril Lavigne claims Billboard top spot
Avril Lavigne has claimed the top spot on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart with her 'Girlfriend'.

The singer rises from three, pushing Timbaland, Nelly Furtardo and Justin Timberlake to second place.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's single 'I Tried', featuring Akon, jumps from 35 to seven and Pink makes nine, up from 11, with 'U + Ur Hand'.
