The comeback boyband have cancelled holidays to sign up for the memorial show, at Wembley Stadium on July 1, after initially turning it down.
Mark Owen explained: "We were all due to be away with our families on the date of the event when the concert was first announced.
"But after being asked to perform last week we got together and decided we wanted to do anything we could to help make Diana's concert one of the highlights of the summer."
It has also been rumoured that Robbie Williams may join his former bandmates on stage at the performance.
Meanwhile, The Sun has reported Minogue is also due to appear. A source said: "We're just signing off some details, but it all looks good."
Others already confirmed include Lily Allen, Sir Elton John and Bryan Ferry.
