Arthur's winner's single 'Impossible' faces tough competition from Adele's 'Skyfall' and Emeli Sandé's 'Next to Me', and the star doesn't fancy his chances of walking home with the prize.

"It's an absolute honour," Arthur told Capital FM about his nomination. "I mean I'm flattered by that. To even be considered is great.

"I'm not expecting to win it but to be in that category with people like Adele and Emeli Sandé is just crazy."

Robbie Williams's 'Candy' and Rita Ora's 'RIP' are among the other tracks included in the category.

Arthur is currently headlining the 'X Factor 2013 Arena Tour' and will start work on his debut album later this year.
