Young
Nelly Furtado and Roger Hodgson, from Supertramp, have also signed up for the festival at Wembley Stadium on July 1.
Among those already lined-up are Sir Elton John, Take That, Lily Allen and Joss Stone.
Princess Diana's sons, Princes William and Prince Harry, are organising the event for the 10th anniversary of her death.
The date would have been the Princess's 46th birthday and Prince William said the concert would have been "the best birthday present she ever had".
