Cheryl Baker and Mike Nolan will offer fans a live commentary during the competition's grand final in Malmo, Sweden this weekend.
"I can't wait for this year's final to kick off, and to be able to share in all the excitement on the night with the whole world thanks to Twitter is amazing and something I could never have imagined back in 1981," said Baker.
Nolan added: "It's great to be able to connect with fans in real time on Twitter and share in all the excitement of this year's Eurovision.
"There is such a buzz around the contest this year and Twitter is the best place to keep up with all the news and gossip."
Nolan will also participate in a live Twitter Q&A with fans at 1pm on Saturday (May 18), where he will share insights about his own experience at the Eurovision Song Contest.
