'The Voice' UK star Leah McFall storms iTunes chart with 'I Will Survive'

The Voice UK star Leah McFall has stormed the iTunes chart with her latest performance.

The contestant performed Gloria Gaynor's classic hit 'I Will Survive' during Friday night's quarter final live show on BBC One.

McFall - who is coached by will.i.am on the singing contest - saw her version of the track climb to number three on the iTunes chart.

The track currently remains in third position on the store's daily best-seller's list, placing just behind Naughty Boy's 'La La La' and current number one single 'Blurred Lines' by Robin Thicke.

Meanwhile, Black Sabbath have debuted at number two on the album's tally with comeback record 13, and are just behind Ministry Of Sound's compilation The Marbella Sessions.

Current chart-topper Settle by Disclosure is at three, while Taylor Swift's latest album Red sees a resurgence in popularity at four after performances on Britain's Got Talent and at Capital FM's Summertime Ball.

Beady Eye's second studio album BE currently resides at five on the digital chart, following its release today (June 10).
