'Recovery' - out December 15 via Syco Records - serves as the third single from his self-titled debut album.
"I wanted to release something more depressing like my nature," Arthur previously told Digital Spy of the album. "That's obviously to come next!
"There are a few songs on there with the intent to make you feel something."
'Recovery' was co-written with Ina Wroldsen, the writer of Shontelle's 'Impossible', which went on to become the fastest and biggest-selling X Factor winner's single to date.
Arthur's 43-date UK and European tour kicks off in Ipswich on January 5 and includes a date at London's Eventim Apollo on January 15.
