Noel Gallagher has revealed that he would reunite with Oasis - but only for half a billion pounds or condoms.

The former Oasis guitarist, who quit the band in 2009, reacted to the recent rumours surrounding a reunion while being interviewed on talkSPORT tonight (April 28).

Poll: After Liam Gallagher's teasy tweets: Should Oasis reform?

Asked about the speculation by DJ Andy Goldstein, Gallagher replied: "I was in the newsagent the other day when the story broke and the Daily Star said 'Oasis to get back together for £500 million', which is half a billion [pounds]."

He then joked: "I'd do it for half a billion anything. Yorkshire Tea bags, condoms, Pot Noodles."

Fans began to speculate that the Manchester five-piece were reuniting after Noel's brother Liam Gallagher took to Twitter to spell out the group's name.

Former Oasis guitarist Bonehead later revealed to NME that he had spent the evening in the pub with Liam and the Beady Eye singer hadn't mentioned the cryptic tweets.

Meanwhile, Glastonbury organiser Emily Eavis has denied rumours that Oasis will be performing at this year's festival.
