The star launched the opening night at the BB&T Centre in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Sunday (May 4), as part of her 37-date trek across North America.
Gaga began the show with the title track of her latest album ARTPOP, before going into recent single 'G.U.Y.'
The setlist is mainly built up of tracks from Lady Gaga's latest album, but classic hits 'Poker Face' and 'Just Dance' are included.
What's more, 'Telephone', 'Paparazzi', 'Born This Way' and 'Alejandro' also feature.
Gaga completed the set with a trio of 'Bad Romance', 'Applause' and 'Swine', before re-appearing for a final rendition of 'Gypsy'.
Costumes included multicoloured dreadlocks, a spotted pretzel-shaped top/headpiece and golden feathered wings.
Gaga will continue the 'artRave' world tour at Atlanta's Philips Arena tonight (May 6).
The spectacle will come to the UK for six shows in October, which includes three headline sets at London's O2 Arena.
