Best Song Musically and Lyrically went to writer Scott Matthews for 'Elusive' and Madonna got International Hit of the Year for 'Sorry', which she co-wrote.
The Feeling were given the Song Writers of the Year Award and the PRS Outstanding Contribution to Music Award, from the Performing Rights Society, went to DJ Norman Cook, aka Fatboy Slim.
Sir Elton John, along with the Scissor Sisters, were honoured for 'I Don't Feel Like Dancin' with the PRS Most Performed Work title.
Winehouse, picking up her award shortly after returning from the USA, where she married partner Blake Fielder-Civil, joked: "Thank you all very much, I didn't even have time to get drunk, I've only been here about 15 minutes."
