Sir Paul McCartney has told friends that he is planning to embark on a new world tour.
The former Beatle made the decision after estranged wife Heather Mills told him that their daughter Bea could accompany him for some of the dates.
McCartney has said that he will play in Europe, USA and Japan once his divorce is finalised in May next year.
A source close to Macca told the News of the World: "The fact the divorce is settled has paved the way for it."
