Winehouse wanted for new Bond theme
Bond composer David Arnold has backed a campaign for Amy Winehouse to record the next 007 theme tune.

Arnold, who has scored the last four Bond movies, insisted that the 'Rehab' star has the vocal and songwriting talent to join the illustrious list of artists who have sung a Bond theme.

Rumours surfaced last year that Winehouse had agreed to contribute a song to the soundtrack of the 22nd Bond movie, but Arnold insisted that he has yet to contact the Brit Award winner.

He said: "Amy Winehouse had the best record of last year. I haven't asked her yet, but I think she'd be good, although Bond songs can be a bit of a war zone."
