Blondie have lent several of their hits to the West End version of Desperately Seeking Susan.
The forthcoming musical, based on the 1985 film starring Madonna and Rosanna Arquette, will feature the Blondie songs 'Heart of Glass', 'Atomic', 'One Way Or Another', 'Dreaming' and 'The Tide Is High'.
Blondie frontwoman Debbie Harry, who has written a new song especially for the musical, said: "It's a live show so it is going to be different to the film, probably more lighthearted. Hopefully it will be a huge success. I would love it to come to Broadway."
Desperately Seeking Susan opens at London's Novello Theatre on October 12.
