The DJ/producer was blown away by the 'Rehab' star's feistiness when he helmed six songs from her Back To Black album, which has been nominated for this year's Mercury Prize.
He told thelondonpaper: "Amy knows exactly what she likes and doesn't like, and if she doesn't like something from the start, there's no point in going any further.
"She'll tell you it's s**t, and if you tell her how you can change it, she'll say: 'What's the point? I don't like it anyway.'"
