Towers of London return with new members

Donny on 'Celebrity Big Brother'

Punk rockers Towers of London made their live return in Newcastle yesterday, with two brand new members.

The notorious reality TV stars' performance had been thrown into doubt when their drummer Snell and guitarist The Rev left the band five days before the tour started, in a rumoured acrimonious split.

Singer Donny Tourette ended up recruiting two old drinking buddies, Cristian Marr and Aaron Attwood as last-ditch replacements.

The Celebrity Big Brother star told NME: "[Towers Of London] has never been about one man, never mind two. By pulling out, they f****d off a lot of people who cared about our band and I wasn't going to have it and neither was anyone else."

During the gig, the rocker stuck two fingers aloft, adding: "They thought they could stop this tour happening, but they can have some of that."
