Amerie wants to team up with The Killers

R&B star Amerie has revealed that she wants to organise a number of new collaborations in the coming months.
The American singer, who reached the UK top ten with her 2006 single Take Control, has admitted that she is hoping to team up with The Killers and Coldplay.
"I'm a big fan of The Killers. I'd love to do something with them, and Coldplay," Amerie told the Daily Star. "I was due to hook up with Chris Martin a while back but then his baby was born. Hopefully we'll reschedule."
The star is also planning to continue with her movie career, and may even sign up for work behind the camera.
"I did a movie called First Daughter which was fun and I wanna do more acting," she said. "I also want to produce some movies. That's the next step."
