Scottish rockers Idlewild are celebrating their 10 year anniversary as a band by releasing a greatest hits record.
The indie band, which are fronted by singer Roddy Woomble were once described by the NME as: "The sound of a flight of stairs falling down a flight of stairs."
Titled Scottish Fiction - Best of 1997-2007, the release will feature tracks from all five of their full length albums, including hits such as 'You Held The World In Your Arms' and 'No Emotion'.
The album will be accompanied by an hour-long DVD, featuring live gig footage from their gig at Aberdeen Music Hall earlier this year, unseen documentary footage and all their promotional videos.
