Kanye West welcomes 50 Cent rivalry

Kanye West has insisted that the rivalry between himself and 50 Cent has been positive for both of them.

50 recently threatened to stop releasing music if his new album Curtis does not outsell West's Graduation when both go on sale next month.

"It's a good thing that 50 Cent and me are coming out at the same [time] - I think we both up'd our game because of it," Kanye told The Mirror.

West is at the top of the UK singles chart with 'Stronger' this week.
