Wentz denies working with Ashlee Simpson

The Fall Out Boy bassist was responding to reports that his bandmate Patrick Stump had collaborated on a tune with his rumoured girlfriend.
Wentz told MTV: "The story isn't true...someone got a bit off base in the communication. Ash didn't work on it and neither did Patrick. I have no idea where the deal is, but they both told me they hadn't worked on it."
The emo rocker has repeatedly been romantically linked with Simpson, but Wentz denied the pair were in a relationship earlier this year.
Cobra Starship's Gabe Saporta confirmed the rocker's assertions, claiming that his band mate Victoria Asher may have passed on the tune to the pair but that they hadn't worked musically on the record.
Saporta said: "I think what happened is that she [Asher] didn't want to leave anyone without credit. I really don't know anything about [Stump] supposedly recording bass and drums on the song."
He added: "I also don't know if Ashlee helped her with the lyrics...I'm sure Victoria passed some stuff by her, but that's all I know."
