Fergie has taken the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 with 'Big Girl's Don't Cry'.
The singer claims the position from Sean Kingston who has remained several weeks on top.
There is little movement elsewhere in the top 10 and no new entries.
Plies, featuring T-Pain, rises from 11 to nine with 'Shawty'.
