Winehouse no longer Mercury favourite
Amy Winehouse is no longer the bookies' favourite to win the prestigious Mercury Music Prize.

The singer's acclaimed Back To Black album was previously joint favourite to win the award, along with Bat For Lashes's Fur And Gold. However, Amy's odds are now 11/4, compared to 9/4 for Bat For Lashes's album.

Ladbrokes spokesman Nick Weinberg explained: "Amy's had a difficult time of it lately, and that's coincided with backers deserting her."

Winehouse has cancelled a number of gigs since collapsing due to a drugs overdose last month.
