The 'Cash Machine' rocker admits that the personal nature of the group's new material means that he will have to adopt a character role when he is singing to get through it.
Archer told the Daily Star: "My plan is to approach it like I think an actor would. The only acting I’ve ever done is school plays so I don’t really know how, but I’m going to try to be almost like a different character.
"As if it’s someone else and not me, and I’m assuming their emotions. It’s kind of weird, though, as lot of the songs on the new album are very personal."
